Warranty Information

As per the consumers guideline of the Saudi Ministry of Industry, we offer a 2-year manufacturer warranty for electronic products. To claim your warranty, please ensure to have the original invoice from a retailer based in Saudi Arabia.

The warranty covers:

-           Hardware devices (i.e. Nintendo Switch 2 consoles).

-           Electronic accessories (i.e. Joy-Con 2 controllers).

The warranty does not cover:

-           Other accessories (i.e. cases, screen protectors, etc.)

-           amiibo figurines.

-           Game cartridges.

To claim a warranty, the product's malfunction must be due to a manufacturer defect. The warranty doesn't cover issues caused by customer misuse, failure to follow instructions in the instructions manual, or neglect or damage to the product.

The warranty period is two (2) years from the purchase date on the invoice. However, items invoiced from outside Saudi Arabia are not covered by this two-year warranty.
